Join the Pack

Pack 59 is always accepting new members, Girls and Boys in K – 5th grade.

To join Cub Scouting, you must Register online, have an active Membership with the National Scouting America (formerly BSA) organization, fund our local San Antonio area Council, and pay Pack 59 Dues, which cover the direct cost of the activities, materials, and awards your cub scout will receive during the year.

Pack Dues:  $150 per year*
National BSA Membership:  $85 per year 
Council Program Fee: $50 per year (paid w/ Scouting America Membership)

In addition to these costs, you will also need to purchase a Cub Scout uniform (shift, hat, shorts, belt) at the local Scout Shop (2226 NW Military Hwy, 78213).  Pack 59 provides the neckerchief, slide, and Handbook for each scout, based on their rank.  Pack 59 T-shirts are also available for purchase to mix it up & have fun, but are not required for uniform.

*Pack 59 is finalizing annual dues for 2025-26, and will begin collecting in September.
