Pack Leadership
About The Pack Committee
Every Pack operates under the supervision of a Pack Committee, which handles the necessary administrative business of the Pack. The Cubmaster, Den Leaders, and their Assistants working directly with the youth to deliver a quality Cub Scout program.
Pack Committee & Cubmaster Responsibilities:
- Manage the Pack’s regular business, including finances, program planning, equipment, recruitment, advancement, and events.
- Coordinate with the Charter Organization and ensure Pack operates within all BSA safety and business policies.
- Ensure that all Cub Scouts receive a quality program that follows BSA training & activities, and is positive, encouraging, and inclusive of all Scouts, families, and siblings.
