Pack Leadership

About The Pack Committee
Every Pack operates under the supervision of a Pack Committee, which handles the necessary administrative business of the Pack. The Cubmaster, Den Leaders, and their Assistants working directly with the youth to deliver a quality Cub Scout program.

Pack Committee & Cubmaster Responsibilities:

Manage the Pack’s regular business, including finances, program planning, equipment, recruitment, advancement, and events.
Coordinate with the Charter Organization and ensure Pack operates within all BSA safety and business policies.
Ensure that all Cub Scouts receive a quality program that follows BSA training & activities, and is positive, encouraging, and inclusive of all Scouts, families, and siblings.
